Arriving
Check in and check out
Check in is from 4pm. Check out is by 10am.
Keys for the lodges and the beach houses are collected from reception at the Holly Tree Hotel.
Glenachulish Bay and Wildwood have a lock box, so you can let yourselves in. We send the code before you arrive.
Arriving early? Leave the car with us and make a start on the holiday. The swimming pool and hot tub spa are free to you as our guest, and the Captain's Bar and the seafood restaurant are open through the day.
Planning to eat with us? Book a table ahead so you are not disappointed, by email or on 01631 740 292.
Everything else you need is in your confirmation email.
Christmas closing
The hotel is closed on 24, 25 and 26 December, and so are the Captain's Bar, the restaurant and the swimming pool, to give our team a proper break.
The self-catering properties stay open across those dates, but we are not able to take check-ins on them.
Once you are here
Fancy staying longer?
Plenty of guests decide they want another night or two once they have settled in and the view has done its work. Just ask at reception or give us a ring, and we will do what we can to extend your stay.
