One big room to gather in
The kitchen, living and dining area runs open plan across the back of the house, with a wide bay window looking out over the garden. Comfortable sofas and a smart TV at one end, a modern farmhouse kitchen at the other, and a hand-made dining table that seats all eight of you in between.
There is a separate utility room with the laundry in it, so wet boots and waterproofs have somewhere to go that is not the kitchen. Free WiFi throughout, and a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods for the mornings.

The patio beside the house holds a private heated hot tub and an outdoor table, with the garden running away from it and the hillside behind. It is included in the rate and open all year round, and on a clear night the sky is worth staying up for.

The one with the most room to run
Wildwood is dog-friendly, from £15 per dog per night, and its two acres give a dog more ground than anywhere else we let. It is not fully enclosed, so keep an eye on anyone who likes to wander. Walks and forest trails start from the door, and dogs are welcome in the Captain's Bar at the Holly Tree too.

Staying at Wildwood includes free use of the indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub spa at the Holly Tree Hotel, open 9am till 10pm with no booking needed. The Captain's Bar and the seafood restaurant are there too, and breakfast can be booked the night before.

Yes, ample free parking directly next to the house.
Is breakfast available?
A sit-in breakfast is available at the Holly Tree Hotel for an extra charge. Please book the night before, otherwise we may not be able to accommodate you.
