How it works
Private, heated and waiting
Your hot tub sits on your own private decking, looking out over Loch Linnhe to the mountains of Morvern and Ardgour. It is included in the rate, with no extra charge and nothing to book.
It earns its keep in every season. Long summer evenings when the sun sets over the water, crisp autumn nights under the stars, and winter soaks with snow on the distant tops. Many of our guests tell us it is the reason they come back.

Your hot tub is just the start. Every stay includes free use of the indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub spa at the Holly Tree Hotel, open 9am till 10pm with no booking needed. Dogs are welcome across our properties as well, from £15 per dog per night.

Hot Tub Questions
Are the hot tubs private or shared?
Every hot tub is completely private to its own property. There are no shared tubs anywhere on site: each lodge, beach house and cottage has its own, on its own private decking.
Can we use the hot tub in winter?
Yes. The hot tubs are available all year round, and a winter soak with the mountains across Loch Linnhe is one of the best reasons to visit off season.
Is the hot tub included in the price?
Yes. Hot tub use is included in the rate for every property, with no extra charge and nothing to book.
Where are the hot tubs?
Each hot tub sits on the property's own private decking, looking out over Loch Linnhe to the mountains of Morvern and Ardgour.
